Disappointing customer service seems to have disappeared from this once bastion of the high street their suit jackets don't quite match the trousers the attitude of the staff was well what do you expect it's in the sale! When I asked was it seconds I was informed we don't sell seconds . Not the shop it once was

One of the flagship stores in Cribbs. Store was clean and well stocked. There is a huge food hall with a better than usual selection of foodstuff. There is also a couple of cafes serving nice coffee and good snacks. The store was incredibly busy and the tills were rolling happily! Got everything I was looking for in the food hall, and it was all very fresh and of high quality.
Beautiful clean shop. It's full of different gifts and present ideas. Love their cards. Their ladies underwear section is brilliant. The staff are helpful and don't stalk you around the shop.
Love M&S but will admit clothes are more for kids who never go in than for my age group. Got to hunt about. But still good quality. And I love the food hall. Could and do spend a fortune in there!
