I have been trying call at 8am I call 160 times to make an appointment but the phone has been put aside so its definitely not helpful for paitients who need emergency appointment. After 40 min after opened i was connected and i cannot make appoitment becuase is full today, please call tomorrow morning and is everyday the same try do IT appoitment by phone 4 days allready... Waste of time Always problem with appointments. The worst medical practice where I event been definetly i will change to diference one

I tried to ring them at 8 am, after a short period of the engaged tone, I was cut off after 17 seconds, and have tried this several times. The service is even worse than I have been told it is by other patients. Unbelievably terrible.
They will never pick up phone at 8 am any day. Dial tone is busy and that means they litrally put the phone aside to ignore patients calling to take an appointment.
I needed to sign up for a new doctor due to my move and this place was closest. I saw their rating and thought it was probably just someone having a bad day, but must admit that only after registration and trying to book my first appointment, I have already experienced how malfunctioning their system is. As I am used to an environment with professional, service minded and highly educated people, I must admit I am considering to change my new doctor before I have even met him.
