Shopping was great.... load of choice. At low prices.... but when to get a coffee... let down..Staff was clueless. wearing Jean's....... no uniform.... coffee was very weak and warm.Was better b4 the refurbishment....
Run out of milk , run out of sugar ? What supermarket runs out of these things ! The place is so messy food trodden into the floor. Will go to one of the many other supermarkets locally before I return here
Since the refurb, I like coming here. Love the great choice of international food, staff is always nice. It is easy to find everything... finally. Definitely will be coming here more often.
Warning! Someone ran off with our trolley while we were repacking the boot. There had only been salad stuff left in our shopping bag, so we found it and our trolley abandoned a few cars away. Presumably they were hoping to find more expensive stuff
Greeted by a very aggressive women in the cafe on the till, asked to change the tomato and mushroom on the breakfast which I don't eat and was told very abruptly that the could only be changed for hash browns, I have no problem with that but her manners left a lot to be desired. When my wife asked for a tea with her breakfast she was told to wait until the food order was taken....... Nice customer service skills. Breakfast was nicely presented.
