I visited the Medical after 2 years of continuous pain in my left ankle.I cannot praise them enough, the professional I saw, Guy, was knowledgeable, expert in his field, supportive and passed on a very positive perspective.I am continuing with the programme set out, and am now enjoying exercise again!!Thank you Nicola Mckeever
Quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both receptionists lied to my face during an active conversation about best prices and took my money whilst there was a poster behind my head offering a better deal (which they declined to mention). When I later pointed this out they both told me it was my job to notice. I do not feel like a patient needing medical help, I feel like a cash machine to these horrible people. Do not go.
Rang and booked my appointment months in advance through this Aztec branch for an appointment at longwell green aspects centre . Arrived a few mins before as instructed. Rang aztec again after 10 had past into my appointment and the lady told me i had been double booked and i should have had a confirmation email when booking.A wasted journeyI missed another important meeting for thisLady said sorry but thats not enough!Had to rebook for 2 months away.All in all a very poor service.Lets hope all this hassle is worth it when i finally get my massage
