Mark Avery was a tremendous help. I bought my house through him many years ago, and sold it with his help recently too. He went above and beyond to help deal with many issues that came up, and resolved them. He was generous with his time. Mark Avery is a very knowledgeable conveyancer and an expert in this area. Very experienced and reasonably priced. At busy times he can be tricky to get hold of, but rest assured, he is working hard behind the scenes.... He has also been working Saturdays during the really busy periods, so all credit to him. I've also had dealings with Maria Dash both professionally and personally and I can again speak very highly of her service... you may have to wait for a call or email back at times, but they know their job and the local area and the fees are very reasonable...
