if i could do half a star rating i would. the service has been disgusting. i have make shift blinds up as the one's i choose where out of stock ( having in mind i had to choose 3 times because it was all out of stock.) 2 months later i am still waiting for my blinds One window is unfinished has they didnt sennd enough to finish it so it looks awful with the gap in it. But what is most annoying is they have not rang me once to say sorry or let me know what is happening. disgracefulanother month gone and i am still waiting no phone calls apart from one because i put a review on here.Hi again its amazing i still have not received my blinds or any phone calls from them. i have had to ring them but everytime i do i get the same response. "the person dealing with it is not in work today and said they would ring them 1st thing monday morning and will ring me back as soon as possible" same response every week for 5 weeks. gone on long enough now and i have decided to seek legal advice absolutely disgusting

Having had 10 blinds fitted we then decided to have our two bathrooms fitted just a call ,a date ,payment ,a delivery date,arrival and fitted within two weeks fantastic service would definitely recommend Mr L Casali
Just need to thank everyone for a terrific experience and really beautiful fitting blinds ,so thanks to Derrick at the stand at Bradley stoke Tesco to John whom came to measure with a great sense of humour and Colin who fitted 10 blinds effortlessly ,just give him two cups of coffee and four chocolate biscuits and they go up in no time at all .Would recommend this company truly you get a five year guarantee and when they give you a date and time they really do mean it and turn up when they say .I thought about buying on line after measuring the windows im glad I got a quote from harmony as my measurements didn't take into account the walls running out and the bay window would have been a nightmare to get to fit as I got that wrong and my home is a new home but the walls run out enough to effect the fitting , and when I compared the price on line and their quote there was very little in it and they fitted them so I am glad I called them in ,so 5 stars ,10 out of 10 Thank you the blinds have transformed my house we selected 50 mm venetian in matt white without the straps as we have leaded windows as John suggested there would have been to much going on .MR LUCIANO CASALI
