Unbelievable and make believe charges if you cancel your cover early. Be prepared to have to jump through a million hoops to try and get cover. Its almost like they want you to cancel. For the love of God, do NOT use this insurer.
ANY changes to your policy including adding another driver will incur a 50 admin fee. This is non negotiable and separate to any other fees that you may be charged for these amendments
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, there are money grabbers, I got my insurance out paid first deposit of 140 and I send all my information through did my DVLA check and to get a call back saying I didn't declare a conviction and they want admenmant fee of 448.50, I showed them proof of declaring my conviction and they still do not care they are vile company, i will be taking this as high as i can, money grabbers scammers

I personally wouldn't even give this awful company 1 star, if the choice was given. I started as a new driver and was paying 180 pm; when it came to renewing my car insurance I was gobsmacked by the price comparison of 78 pm compared to what I was paying. Before this, they sent me a bill (just before my policy was about to run out with them) and was actually going to charge me approx 178... I rang to cancel my claim as the new claim was significantly cheaper (78), on the 30th of may, now it's the 14th of June, I still haven't received my no-claims discount evidence. I'm supposed to be having a black box fitted. I rang them up, I was notified the claim was cancelled but nobody issued my discount to be sent out to my address: 2 weeks on... To top it all off, the girl seemed quite delighted to tell me I had to pay a debt of 80, some of which is cancellation fee and the other for something else.To anyone out there, don't do it to yourselves. It's daylight robbery. Hope this will help someone to make a better decision than I had. With the amount of money they were getting, I'm appalled that they can't even be bothered to send something through the post.
