Went to take my mum here for her birthday, and we were ignored 4 times, arrogant staff, slow service. Dont bother.

We had the afternoon tea with a glass of Prosecco- the quality was so much better than we thought it would be! The mix of savoury and sweet treats was perfect. Beautiful canaps, fresh scones with jam and plenty of clotted cream and lovely cakes. The Prosecco was amazing. There is also a wide range of other drinks which Im sure are equally as impressive.We were very well looked after by Sam who made sure our dietary requirements were catered for and whose customer service skills are spot-on! A lovely place to stop for lunch or afternoon tea, its in the food court but out of the way of the other eateries so not too noisy. We will definitely return if in Cribbs again. Thanks to Sam and the other staff for a very enjoyable experience!
My husband and I decided to stop and have a drink here as we thought it would be something different. We had a hot chocolate each, but we were told there was no cream to go on the top as they had ran out, the man was very apologetic about this. The man was friendly and the service was speedy. Although, we were there early and they only had 2 other customers than us, so it wasn't busy. Seating is nice,you have a nice view of the fountain. Will visit again.
