Thanks to there being no queues, a very relaxed afternoon with time to have a drive round the car park and out on to the motorway, and a cup of coffee, before making a decision. Thank you Nigel for all your help. Im very pleased - after 2 days! - with my new Peugeot 208. In Rioja Red, it brightens up my street!

Awful service. Approved used means NOTHING. Save your cash and buy from an independent. I was sold a car with numerous faults. It ended up spending 3 days in another Robins and Day branch. But they claimed they do extensive checks before it goes out!Break discs squeaking after 1 week, needed new discs and pads to stop squeaking. Management didn't want to know so I left it whilst complaining to head office. They also didn't want to know as it was 'wear and tear'. Had a known fault with the car several months later at which point Peugeot head office offered 50% of the cost of fixing despite it being a common problem. As soon as I said I'd had the car for several months to the used sales manager he didn't want to know.Approved used means nothing. Save yourself the money and go to an independent. I won't be making the same mistake again.Note that I wouldn't have left a review if the dealership covered the other 50% which was 70. Just shows how much they value their customers. They tried to say they were covering 50% but it wasn't them it was head office. They did nothing.
Our sales lady was Caroline Lydiate, she was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were able to come to a fairly quick and amiable agreement on the price of their car that we wanted and the price of the car we were "trading in". The showroom was very impressive with an extremely comfortable "waiting area" with both hot and cold drinks plus a television.
Staff are friendly, fantastic customer service! I had such a warm welcoming by the gentleman that sold me car this week! He was brilliants and listened to what I wanted/looking for! I will definitely recommend Peugeot.
