Offered a good price at the initial visit then 'found more damage' at the final valuation when it was too inconvenient to back out. Still got a fairly good price in the end when I objected and the manager added a discretionary 500 back onto the value. Much more convenient than selling privately.

Complete waste of time other half took our car down and got 105 pounds for a Mondeo estate. They ask if your car has service history keys parcel shelves ect. Don't waste your time with these jokers flog it on gumtree instead of getting ripped of here. Any slight defects they will knock their offer down to the point you will be totally hacked off.
