I have used this company and found the customer service terrible, He wouldnt come out and visit me in a BS postcode eventhough he covers bristol. I had offered to pay his fuel but still refused to help me. I'm afraid he is more interested in taking your money than giving you a genuinely good service.
I had James out to look over an issue with high battery drain on my car. His knowledge and experience was exceptional, and the problem was resolved to a very high standard. James is busy and I did have to wait a few days for an appointment, but then a quality service is worth waiting for, and I'd definitely recommend him
James sorted out a problem with the electrics on my Renault Master van which had baffled me for weeks. He found the problem was quite small and easy to fix and only charged me his basic call out and diagnostic fee. Couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service I received. Nice chap too
