My brothers business give him a call
Don't go here unless you like being overcharged for a simple job
Great help from guys at the workshop
Gutted that 1 star is the lowest I can give these two shoddy workmen, my partner agreed to have work done to her car without discussing with me first and was rediculously overcharged for having 4 spark plugs and the HT cable replaced. When I dropped her off to pick the car up I questioned the excessive labour charge and I was repeatedly swore at and told that "I have no idea what I am talking about" (bearing in mind this is about replacing spark plugs :D). Definitely do not go to this garage if you do not know about car mechanics as you will be overcharged and taken advantage of.
'Back Street Boys!'. What can I say about this place then. The two 'anti-social' so and so's that work here have both had Customer Service bypass operations! Appalling, uncivil, no hello, no greetings, nor Good Morning Sir/Madam, they don't even acknowledge you when you arrive, they let you stand there for ages like a Lemon!? When my car was ready to pick up I was just greeted with a 'gruff' manner by one of them, nothing, no civilities, no common courtesy, nothing!? Let me expain, I took my car here for the MOT (59 quid, expensive!), and then subsequent repairs (Failed on an electrical aspect etc.), at the beginning they gave me the impression that they were very reluctant to fix the faults, got the strong impression that these two aren't big nor keen on working on anything electrical/sensor/computer based, they had to call an Electrician in to have a look, these two are just your 'bog standard traditional mechanics' etc., they don't do MOT's on their premises they take your car to another garage location, one 'repair' they said they did on my car isn't quite right (Don't want to bore you with the details etc.), but I'll keep you posted about this. When I would ask them what was wrong with my car they would seem 'extremely' reluctant to give me a proper, clear, and coherent answer?! It seemed as if I was bothering them with my questions, and they seemed very reluctant to engage in any form of communication with me, very strange behaviour?! The last guy I saw there was happy enough to take loads of money off my hands though?! Will I come here again next year? NOT A CHANCE! NOT A CHANCE!
